Incorporating Mindfulness for Adults and Students

During their 7 years of teaching, Corinne and Gabrielle have whitnessed a need for stress reducing and healthy coping strategies for students. To address this, they have begun to implement meditative strategies into their classroom. Through this workshop, participants will learn how to develop their own practice individually and how to teach students these skills as well.
